Product components
It is composed of refrigerating units (refrigerating compressor, fin type condenser and controls), dehumidifying units (fin type evaporator and throttling device), heating units, air supply section (centrifugal fan with motor) and control units. The units are of frame structure and suction type. All the units shall be completed into a portable base.
Function
Temperature type dehumidifier can remove the moisture in the air by refrigeration. It can change the direction of Freon pipes by sensing return air temperature to reduce absolute humidity and relative humidity and adjust the temperature.
Advantages
This plant has all features concentrated in one. It can dehumidify, adjust the temperature and ventilate. It has features of easy operation, compact, space saving, stable operation, little consumption, anti-shock and anti-rock, convenient-maintenance etc. Design, manufacture and inspection are all complied with Classification Rules (CCS, ABS, NK, DNV, etc.) and relevant rules. In addition, we can manufacture the plant according to customers’ requirements.

● Air flow: 2000～38000m3/h
● Refrigerant: standard R404A. Environmental-friendly R134a, R407C、R449A and R22 as option.
● Compressor: hermetic scroll, piston or screw type, standard Bitzer and Copeland compressor. BOCK, Carrier and some other brand as option
● Compressor Qty.: one or more.
● Power supply: standard AC 3PH 380V/50Hz and AC 3PH 440V/60Hz. AC 3PH 415V/50Hz, AC 3PH 460V/60Hz, AC 3PH 480V/60Hz and AC 3PH 690V/60Hz can be adopted if required.
● Either single circuit or double circuits can be adopted. When the unit is equipped with two single circuits, each system will be fitted with a compressor. When one circuit is in operation, the other one is standby.
● Capacity regulation: multi steps for option.
● Cooling method: water cooling or air cooling
● Water-cooled condenser: It is made of shell & tube, which is suitable for fresh water/sea water cooling. It is of high efficiency and anti-corrosion. Heat pipes can be made of HAL77-2, B10 and B30. Air-cooled condenser is made of copper tube & copper fin.
● Filter core changeable dry filter and air filter
● Protections: high pressure, low pressure, oil pressure (oil level), lack phase, over heat, over load and so on.
● Controls: standard Danfoss valves and pressure switch. Other brands valves can be adopted
● Control method: manual or automatically
